Returns & Exchanges
Sizing is hard at the best of times. During pregnancy, it's a whole other challenge — your body is changing week to week, and we get that. Here's how we handle it.
Tops & Bottoms
If something doesn't work — wrong size, not what you expected — you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it. No lengthy explanations needed. Just reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it.
The only ask: the piece should be unworn, unwashed, and have its tags intact.
Bras & Feeding Camisoles
This one's a little different, and we want to be upfront about why.
Innerwear is personal. Once it's been worn, we can't resell it — and we'd never want to send another mom something that wasn't fresh. So for hygiene reasons, we don't offer refunds on bras and feeding camisoles.
But here's what we do offer: size exchanges, within 5 days of delivery.
Because we know sizing mix-ups happen — especially when your body is doing something new every week. If you ordered the wrong size, we understand. Send it back unused, tags intact, and we'll get the right size to you.
A quick try-on to check the fit? Totally fine. That's what it's there for. Just don't wash it or wear it out, and we're good.

If you're unsure about sizing — especially for innerwear — please message us on WhatsApp before placing your order. We'll help you figure out the right fit the first time. It's genuinely easier for both of us.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Refund Policy
For tops & bottoms:
If you've initiated a return within your 10-day window and it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item back. We'll confirm over WhatsApp once it's processed.
For bras, feeding camisoles, and innerwear:
We don't offer cash refunds on innerwear — and we've explained why in our Exchange Policy. It's a hygiene thing, not a fine-print thing.
But we never want you to be stuck.
If you've exchanged your innerwear piece and the size you need is out of stock, or if something just didn't work out despite your best efforts — we'll issue you a be imli gift voucher for the full value of your purchase. No expiry pressure. Use it when you're ready, on anything in the store.
Think of it as credit that stays yours — for the next piece you've been eyeing, or as a gift for another mom in your life who could use something that makes her feel like herself again.
How refunds and gift vouchers are issued:
Just WhatsApp us. We don't make you fill out forms or wait on hold. Tell us what happened, we'll verify the details, and sort it within 2 business days of receiving your return.

We're a small brand. Every order matters to us — not just as a transaction, but as a relationship we're trying to build. If something went wrong, we want to know. Even if it's just feedback. It genuinely helps us make better decisions.
