Shipping Policy
How long will it take?
We process and ship orders within 3–4 business days. During sale periods or festive seasons, this may take a little longer — we're a small team and we'd rather take the time to get your order right than rush it out the door. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days across India.
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
We deliver pan-India. Whether you're in Mumbai or a smaller town, we'll get it to you.
About our delivery partners
We work with trusted, well-reviewed courier partners to get your order to you safely. Once your package leaves our hands and is with the delivery partner, it's outside our direct control — and we want to be upfront about that.
That said, we're not the kind of brand that just shrugs and says "not our problem." If something goes wrong in transit — a delay, a damaged package, a missing order — reach out to us on WhatsApp. We'll look into it with the courier and do what we reasonably can to help. We can't promise miracles, but we can promise we'll try.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD across most pin codes in India, with a handling fee of ₹100 added at checkout. This helps us cover the logistics of managing cash orders end to end.
Once you place a COD order, you'll receive a WhatsApp message from us to confirm before we dispatch. This is just to make sure your order is intentional and the address is right — we'd rather check once than have your package travel across the country unnecessarily.
If we don't hear back within 24 hours, we'll follow up once. If there's still no response, we'll hold the order and reach out again before cancelling.
A small note: Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries affects your ability to place future COD orders with us. We track this not to penalise anyone, but to protect both sides of the transaction. Prepaid is always an option and processes faster.
